“আইনের বাতিঘর” ব্যারিস্টার রফিক-উল হক চলে গেলেন না ফেরার দেশেঃ সাবেক অ্যাটর্নি জেনারেল ব্যারিস্টার রফিক উল আর নেই (ইন্নালিল্লাহি...রাজিউন। আদ-দ্বীন হাসপাতালে লাইফ সাপোর্টে থাকা অবস্থায় শনিবার (২৪ অক্টোবর) সকাল সাড়ে ৮টার দিকে তিনি মারা যান। মৃত্যুকালে তার বয়স হয়েছিল ৮৫ বছর।

শরৎ মানেই সাদা কাশফুল, শিউলি, স্নিগ্ধ জ্যোৎস্না, আলোছায়ার খেলা দিনভর

 বাংলাদেশে এখন আর ছয়টি ঋতুর সুস্পষ্ট প্রভাব অনুভব করা না গেলে ও আকাশে নীলের আধিক্য আর সাদা মেঘের শুভ্রতাই বলে দেয় বর্ষাকে বিদায় দিয়ে শরতের রাজসিক আগমনী বার্তা। প্রকৃতির এ নিয়মের কোনও ব্যতিক্রম নেই।

শরৎ নিয়ে কবিতা, গান, গল্পের যেমন কমতি নেই তেমনি আমাদের মত মৌসুমি লেখকদের মনেও নতুন রঙের আবির্ভাব ঘটে বৈকি!

বৃষ্টি ভেজা কদম ফুলে মোড়ানো বর্ষা।

কত দিন কদম ফুলের গন্ধ নেওয়া হয় না। তাকানো হয় না মুগ্ধ দু’চোখে। তবুও এমন বাদল দিনে মনে পড়ে যায় কদম ফুলের কথা।  উন্মনা করে দেয় তার বর্ণ, গন্ধ, সৌন্দর্য। নেশাধরানো এ ফুলটি যেন আসে বর্ষার বারতা নিয়ে। বাদল দিনের প্রথম কদম ফুল উসকে দেয় স্মৃতিকে। প্রিয়জনের হাত থেকে কদম ফুল নেওয়ার মোহ যেন এ জীবনে কিছুতেই কাটতে চায় না। জীবন ভারি অদ্ভুত। এর তল খুঁজে পাওয়া যায় না। কত কঠিন ও জটিল সময়ের মধ্যে দিয়ে যেতে হয়, তবুও মনটাকে আটকে রাখতে পারা যায় না। যা হাতের নাগালের মধ্যে নেই, যা চাইলেও পাওয়া যায় না, তার জন্য মন কেমন কেমন করে। যা আছে অনুভবে, যা আছে স্মৃতিতে, যা আছে দূরে, সেটাই কেন যেন হাতছানি দিয়ে ডাকে।

বৃষ্টি এল আবার। তুইও আসবি। আমি জানি..

আজ বরষার রূপ হেরি মানবের মাঝে;

চলেছে গরজি, চলেছে নিবিড় সাজে।

হৃদয়ে তাহার নাচিয়া উঠিছে ভীমা,

ধাইতে ধাইতে লোপ ক'রে চলে সীমা,

কোন্ তাড়নায় মেঘের সহিত মেঘে,

বক্ষে বক্ষে মিলিয়া বজ্র বাজে।
